Reviews are the lifeblood of an online business nowadays, especially on Amazon.  Not only that, we’re a small family owned business with a huge heart (children’s shelters in the USA get 10% of net profits), and we’re up against giant corporations…so we can use a little help sometimes!

The truth is that we simply can’t afford to give away our products for free if we don’t get reviews in return. Unfortunately, we will need to ban any member that is not leaving reviews as promised to allow space for more responsive members. We expect you to hold up your end of the bargain to get our incredible free products occassionally. Rule #2: Don’t Post Hostile Reviews

We’re doing our best, but we’re human, and so is everyone involved with our company (except our head of security, a yellow lab). This means sometimes things are less than perfect. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a particular product or service, we ask that you let us know so we can make it right. When we do, we ask that you reflect that in your review. We don’t allow rude or hostile reviews. Please keep them courteous and professional, just as you would like to be treated.

Rule #3: Your Review Must Be Left Within 3 Days

We are a real business with deadlines and cash flow. (Yikes!) Reviews must be left within 3 days after receiving a free (or nearly free) product.
